About the
Downloadable Slides
All slides are formatted for Windows. In order to view these slides, you MUST have either Microsoft PowerPoint 97 or higher, or the FREE Microsoft PowerPoint 97 Viewer. Please take the time to upgrade your system.
Downloading slide graphics using a WINDOWS computer. Click the "Download one" or "Download Entire" button. Once the slide has been downloaded to your PC, click your cursor arrow on the graphic (such as a map, pie chart or bar graph). Choose "File", "Save". If your PC opens the slide into PowerPoint in the slide show mode, hit the "Esc" key to view the slide in the normal mode, then choose "File", "Save".
Downloading slide graphics using a MACINTOSH. Click the "Download one" or "Download Entire" button. Once the slide has been downloaded to your MAC, position your cursor arrow on the graphic (such as a map, pie chart or bar graph). With the mouse button held, drag the cursor arrow from the graphic to your desktop. It should appear as if a ghost image of the graphic is moving; this will copy the graphic file to your desktop. Print the file by clicking on it once and choosing "File", "Print". You may have to open the graphic in your browser, using "File", "Open".
