Iowa State Gov't. Uses Managed Care Digest Series^® Data to Help Address Chronic Disease

In the Iowa Population Health Roadmap: State Innovation Model, the Iowa state government cited the Managed Care Digest Series Type 2 Diabetes Data Brief from 2016 to call attention to emergency department utilization by and 30-day readmission rates for patients with Type 2 diabetes in the Midwest.¹
